I've been going here many years. I went a week and a half ago. A few days later the entire gel polish came off! Waited for Rosa to come in on Tuesday, she apologized and repaired. Two days later three more came off. I called and went back. Thank goodness I asked if there'd be a charge. Owner said YES 25$! REALLY? I Said they haven't even begun to grow out yet. She said, "sorry" I said, so am I and walked out. All these years abd when there is a problem on their end just sorry more $$. Nice way to treat your customers. I hope a mere 25$ charge was worth my many years of business.
I have been coming to Queen Nails for 17 years. Everybody who works there is awesome! They make me feel special every time I'm in there. They are professionals in every aspect of their business. They get creative with nail art and colors, and are always up to new ideas. They take pride in their work and it shows in the finished result. It is a family-run business and the atmosphere reflects that. I would recommend Queen Nails highly and without reservation.
I got a regular fullset for 45 , everyone was nice and friendly. My middle finger is crooked naturally so thats why it's crooked . It's new years eve so it was busy but I enjoyed it .
I stopped in for a gel fill and this was by far my best experience with a nail salon. My technician, Hue, took such good care of me and my nails came out amazing. He definitely made sure I walked out happy with my nails. Such a great experience! I wish I lived here, I'd be going here all the time! Great prices too! 10/10!

I went here once and it was great. Made an appointment yesterday and the person I talked to didn’t write it down and I was told I’d have to wait. With two small children being watched by someone else so I could get my toe nails cleaned up that it isn’t an option. Ridiculous she should have honored the appointment. I didn’t even choose the time the lady on the phone selected 1130. I only wish I could leave less than a star. How do they keep business like this?

I’ve been going here for over a year. There’s always little things that bother me but it’s close to home so I kept going back. Today was the icing on the cake for me. I got a gel polish change and just removed my polish from my nails Bc the job she did a few days ago was terrible. I wanted cute nails for the cowboys game and I got the least talented person there which was the owner. They charged me $50. FIFTY dollars to change my polish on my toes and remove the polish from my nails and paint clear Bc I have pink and white. I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years and never in my life paid $50 for a polish change. I asked her why it was $50 and she said $25 for my nails and $25 for my toes. She proceeded to say in front of everyone “well that’s why you need to make sure you like it”. I was dumbfounded. I called and told her how unhappy and shocked I am over the price. I told her my husband and I are both customers and I don’t think we will be coming back. She legit said to me “you do what you need to do”. I will never step foot back in here. This doesn’t include the terrible pedicures we’ve gotten, the times they say to come in now ans I wait 30 minutes or the many times they assume they know what I want and do it without even asking me. Never again.
