Arruinado dejaron mi cabello. Ya no es lo que era. Estilo factoria es ahora. Ya no hay buen servicio. Despues de 2 años de cuidando del pelo y dejandolo crecer . Ya tenia mi color natural a todo largo con highlights platino . A mas de la mitad de espalda. Queria añadir MAs highlights para lograr aclarar mas. No se Porque decidio usar gorro para hacer highlights. Para resumir. Se regó el bleach y dejo manchas por todos lados. Mezclo y aplico 3 veces tonos. Y en la raiz tambien lo aplico . La cabeza se despeyejo a Los Dias . Inclusive tuve dos postillas en la piel de la cabeza. Mechones naranja por todos lados . Sobre todo alante donde mas se ve. Terrible. Tan lindo y sano que tenia mi pelo. El que me ofreciera no pagerle no justifica el daño. Muchos potes de Olapex #3 . Y no es barato. Mas corregir el daño y meses de trabajo y gastos para resolver los diferentes tonos y manchas que tengo debido al mal trabajo. Eviten ir. No se desesperen. No vayan a Sammir.

This was my first time visiting this salon, and on a busy Saturday they took me as a walk in. Although the salon was full, they took the time to address me by name, and truly make me feel special. Yeny, who took care of my wash, was friendly and recommended products for my hair that actually made sense, and wasn’t in a cheap car-salesman type of way. Loved her! However, the truly best part of my experience was with Samir. He was the kindest, most soft spoken, hair dresser that I’ve ever met! He was quick and professional, and warm and friendly. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this salon, and will be visiting them as my go-to moving forward!
