I left the shop at 5:19pm 12/19/22 beyond livid. Before the woman began wax I told her loud and clear to NOT take off anything on my eyebrows and to just clean it up. Within the first wax she removed a thick strip underneath my eyebrows leaving it very thin. When I told her that I made it very clean to ONLY clean up my eyebrow she told me that “that is clean up”. Her facial expression showed that she was obvious shocked that she did it wrong. Not to mention, she hesitant to answer AND had an AirPod in her ear on FaceTime. Confirming she did not clearly hear me or verify with me what I wanted. Nor did she greet me when she began waxing, it was clear she just assumed what I was requesting. Never had a problem with the woman that usually does my eyebrows when I visit however this young lady was very unprofessional and will never be touching my face again.
Never had such ugly shaped set of short square nails in my life. Every nail is a different shape. The eyebrow lady however, is a doll.
This establishment is DEFINITELY no spa,,, got a pedi from guy in about the 1st or 2nd foot station. He understood the assignment & I was surprisingly satisfied. Since I've learned not to be loyal to these nail places cause many of them couldn't care less about us, if I happen to be near this place& in need of this service. I'd spend money with him again????????♀️
When I first started going here, I was annoyed. It took me two or three tries to find Rhina was the best for my nails! She is very sweet, professional, patient and flexible. Jason is pretty good, but he makes up his own prices. The husband to the owner does a good job as well. I ???? his niece Jenna who runs the counter. She is very business minded and professional to all the clients. She can paint some good eyebrows on too. The key to having a good experience is building a relationship. None of the shops like you to point out mistakes, but if you pay your $, you should be happy with the service you receive. You should not receive attitude about your opinion of the service they provide.
The person that did my nails was clearly rushing and didn’t even clean up my cuticles or push them back, and they placed them on crooked. Definitely not worth $60.

Just got a full and got cut, I couldn't stop bleeding so she applied alcohol to my thumb and finally apologized after 5 minutes of my saying "I'm still bleeding". After I was done, I told her that I'm not paying full price and she stated at me like I was wrong for my comment. I asked what's the original price and the look on her face just told me that she made it up. I walked to the counter and she said something to Nancy in her language guess to give a heads up. I asked Nancy what's the original price and she fumbled her words and told me that the young lady gave me a discount. I can't believe the treatment I just got. And why did the price keep changing if I get the same drive every time???
I will not be returning. Thank you for not realizing you had a loyal customer
I went there the lady said my nails was going to be $50 it end up being $60 she could of said that cause I would of walked out cause they not worth it they can’t do nails
First and foremost i would select 0 stars but that is not an option, i was forced to choose one star and i was extremely unsatisfied by doing that. I was recommended to come here by my cousin because she said that you guys are courteous and friendly and I got neither. I arrived at 5:50 and on the door it says closes at 7. When i pulled the door to go in it was locked and when i called the location no one answered, i called 5 times. Obviously they were open because i could see them working on customers through the window. And i was literally calling them and looking at them through the window watching them not answer the phone . It made me feel as if they did not want my service. I will never come here ever again in my life for the bad treatment that I received today. Yes I understand people wants to go home but why have 7 on the website and the door but not follow your own rules. Because of youre lack of professionalism and business ethic i had to do my own toe nails and eyelashes and i failed in both of them. And now the date that i had planned for 8 months is ruined. Thanks to you guys.
